EU Return Policy

This policy applies to customers located in the European Union (EU). It explains your legal right to cancel an order, how the cooling-off period works, and how to submit a withdrawal request through our dedicated form.

If you are located outside the EU, please refer to our general Refund & Returns Policy instead.

Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. This is known as the cooling-off period and is guaranteed under EU consumer protection law.

  • The 14-day period starts from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the last item in your order, if your order was shipped in multiple parcels.
  • If the 14th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline is automatically extended to the next business day.
  • You do not need to provide a reason for withdrawing from your purchase.

Cancelling Before Delivery

If you'd like to cancel your order before it has been fulfilled and shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any point before fulfillment. Once an order has been fulfilled, please use the withdrawal process described below instead.

How to Submit a Withdrawal Request

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use our official EU Withdrawal Form.

The process takes two simple steps:

  1. Your details — Enter your order number and the email address used for your purchase.
  2. Confirm your withdrawal — Review your order items and confirm the withdrawal request.

Once submitted, you will receive an automatic email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your request. Please also check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

You do not need a customer account to submit a withdrawal request.

What Happens Next

  1. Confirmation — You'll receive an email confirming we've received your withdrawal request.
  2. Return shipping — We will provide you with return shipping instructions. As the merchant, we cover the cost of return shipping for valid EU withdrawal requests — you will not be charged any return fees.
  3. Sending the item back — Please send the item back to us without undue delay, and in any event within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
  4. Refund — Once we receive the returned item (or proof that it has been shipped, whichever is earlier), we will issue your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Condition of Returned Items

To help us process your return quickly, please return items:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original tags and packaging, where possible
  • In the same condition in which you received them

Please note: under EU law, you may be liable for any diminished value of the goods if they show signs of use beyond what's necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.
